Creating a substance free community requires putting youth in the driver seat, they know what strategies and programming will actually work. Thats why SUP Team puts youth in charge of change. All programs and activities are youth created and inspired.

Newport County is full of diversity in terms of people and experience. In order to make any progress towards a substance free community requires ensuring that every voice is heard. SUP is establishing a county wide Youth Advisory Council.

SUP is made up of high school youth that vow to not use substance while also teaching middle and elementary school youth to live lives that are free of substance but full of fun.

SUP members teach youth fun, informative and engaging lessons. They also plan and host fun community events and programs.
