ESI was the first program created for Be Great For Nate. It started after Nathan Bruno’s close friends came together after his suicide and decided they wanted to ensure that his name would live on in a positive way.
Every Student Initiative
Youth meet once a month to learn more about suicide prevention and other life skills.
Members are empowered to find solutions to the problems they face in life.
Open to Portsmouth High students or high school aged youth that live in Portsmouth.
Middle School Every Student Initiative
A less intensive version of Every Student Initiative that prepares middle school aged youth for life as a high schooler. With a key emphasis on social skills development.
Open to Portsmouth Middle School students in grade 6-8 or middle school aged youth that live in Portsmouth

Congratulations to the class of 2021 on finishing up high school, and thank you for all the work you have put into BG4N. We are opening up our yearly scholarship to four members if ESI.
